Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

We offer an EASY 14-DAYS RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy.

1. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery if the product is not damaged or used.

2. All products must be returned to us, unused and with all tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received and in their original box and packaging.

Before accepting delivery of any product, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the product, then refuse to take delivery of the package, email our Customer Care at – [email protected] mentioning your order reference number.

We may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via email at the address provided by you while registering on www.glambeaute.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
