We at GlamBeaute work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! Just send us an email with your order number and product name. You can return the product with 14 days from the date of delivery. Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a resalable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned along with the original invoice.

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. However once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price of the product(s) by store credit.
